1. Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping with localized print-on-demand services set up in the following locations:

  • United States (US)
  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • European Union (EU)

Orders from outside the UK and US are printed in the EU and shipped accordingly.

2. Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are designed to be affordable and consistent:

  • US, UK, and EU: Flat rate of €6 per order.
  • Rest of the World: Flat rate of €9 per order.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Times

The delivery time for your order depends on your location:

  • US, UK, and EU: 3-7 working days
  • Rest of the World: 5-9 working days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Print-On-Demand: As all our products are made-to-order, please allow additional time for production before your item is shipped.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • International Orders: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
  • Customs Delays: Please note that customs processing may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate. Ahead Of The Curve is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If the package is deemed undeliverable and returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product cost only, excluding shipping fees.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Ahead Of The Curve is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
